The German TV show Rockpalast invited the Mule once again to do what they do best and that's just what they did. Hammer & Nails and Thorazine Shuffle got the show underway. With cameras rolling and crowds cheering, Warren slayed all previous efforts with I Believe To My Soul and A Million Miles From Yesterday. Not giving themselves a respite, the Mule played one long set for the German crowd with some highlights being Temporary Saint, Painted Silver Light and a stunning retelling of She Said, She Said-> Tomorrow Never Knows. As the band returned after a shortened Drums, they stepped into high-gear and powered through to the end of the set with the likes of Brand New Angel and Blind Man In The Dark and the blissful encore, Soulshine.

Fantastic show, great to see Warren in the flesh for the first time. Came over from England specially to see the mule and they were well worth the effort and expense. Hope they are as good when we see them at the Mean Fiddler in London. Well done guy ... more >

oh, what a fantastic end of an long, hot & loud day. great setlist & great performance. haven´t seen da mule not more than 2 times before (hamburg & cologne 2005) i was wondering how they may fit in this partly strange event. and i was a bit worried ... more >
